Refunds

Order Not in Good Condition:
If your items arrive damaged (e.g., melted, broken, defective), please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. Attach a clear picture or video showing the issue and email it to helenhomebaked@gmail.com.

Received the Wrong Items:
If you receive an order that is incorrect, notify us within 1 hour. Provide a clear picture of the incorrect items along with your order number. The items should be unconsumed and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Cancellations

Non-Cancellable Orders:
Orders scheduled for same-day delivery/pickup or those already processed (e.g., the cake has been prepared or delivery arranged) cannot be canceled.

Refund Process

Store Credit:
Approved refunds or cancellations will be issued as store credit vouchers, valid for one year. These vouchers will be sent to the buyer's registered email address.

Delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
